Learning & Development

Annual Leave
Each team member will receive 30 days annual leave, including bank holidays, per year (pro rata), increasing through length of service.
Comparable Compensation and Benefits

Clinical Manager
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and passionate Clinical Manager to make a significant impact on the lives of children we support with medically complex and fragile conditions. As Clinical Manager you will be a member of the Trust Senior Management Team, working under the Trust Director, and alongside the Charity Manager and Registered Manager. You will be responsible for leading the Nursing Team ensuring respite for families continues to thrive and expand its reach, making a profound difference to the children and families we serve.
37.5 hours per week
Monday – Friday
Starting Salary - £40,000
