We were blessed to have the sunshine join us on the afternoon of the 11^th July at Kites Corner, along with over 300 visitors for our annual summer fete.

Guests enjoyed a leisurely few hours browsing an array of numerous assorted stalls, playing games, part-taking in competitions whilst being entertained by Swing Band DJ Zootz and dancers in the sensory garden.

Much feasting was done from the mouth-watering selection of cuisine available. There were delicious homemade cakes, freshly picked organic strawberries & clotted cream, barbecued delights and Indian & Asian food being served.

Squeals of delight and beautiful happy sounds could be heard as the excited children watched Magical Timmy performing his unique fun show, and created remarkable foot-tall hats from balloons in every shape and colour.

This fruitful event could not have achieved without our marvellous ‘Hopkins Heroes’.  Our team of selfless volunteers worked incredibly hard with the organisation and operation leading up to, and throughout the entire day.
