I have been a volunteer at JHT for 2 years (so far…).  I am a partner at Hazlewoods and JHT were our Charity of the Year, which is why I first got involved.  I have volunteered at the Santa’s Grotto for the past two years and it is a fantastically enjoyable experience.  It doesn’t feel like work and you know you are helping create memories for those that come and raising much need funds for JHT.  It is also a great way to meet people and get into the Christmas spirit!

I also spent a day with our team from work tidying the garden at Kites Corner and making it ready for spring.  It was great for team building but also knowing that you are making a difference to the people that use the space was invaluable.  The team at JHT are so accommodating and friendly, I would definitely recommend getting involved.
