Gloucester Day

Gloucester Day traditionally marks the launch of the festival and raises morale in the City. The Gloucester Day event is the reinstatement of the original Gloucester Day – a day of celebration on the lifting of the siege of Gloucester – in 1643. This occasion was celebrated annually for centuries. We will have a stall and be collecting donations on the gate streets of Gloucester City Centre as part of Gloucester Day. Please come along and say hello!

Any donation will enable us to continue providing nursing respite care to Gloucestershire’s life limited and life threatened children. There will also be James Hopkins Trust merchandise available to purchase.
