Sarah James: Trust Director
Sarah is responsible for the financial management and sustainability of the Trust, regulation and compliance issues and supporting the Trustees. She ensure the Trust not only runs smoothly on a day to day basis but that procedures are followed to ensure its future.
Sarah Nash: Charity Manager
Sarah is responsible for managing the day to day running of the charity, staff development, financial monitoring, expenditure, income generation and communication activities, ensuring appropriate governance arrangements are in place and adhered to.
Olivia Powell: Care Co-ordinator
Olivia (‘Liv’) is primarily responsible for ensuring that the staff rota’s are completed and kept up to date and managing attendance for the daily and overnight respite sessions for the children. When she doesn’t have her head in a spreadsheet she also helps to manage family communications, updates and various admin tasks for the care team or giving visitors a warm welcome on reception.
Stacy Wickham: Compliance Officer / Grant Writer
Stacy is responsible for writing and updating policies and working with the Trust Director to ensure JHT adheres to CQC & OFSTED. She also researches and identifies new Grant and Trust fundraising opportunities and producing high quality applications to new and existing funders. She works closely with the Fundraising Manager sharing prospective fundraising opportunities.
Louise Wade: Administration Support
Louise carries out the day to day administration tasks for the charity and nursing teams. She is responsible for the composing of letters and emails and assists with stock control, banking and ensuring all necessary paperwork and documents are current and complete. You will also find Louise on reception where she gives all our families and visitors a warm, friendly welcome.
Charlene Spackman: Community Fundraiser
Charlene supports, encourages and nurtures fundraisers and events in the community. She provides assistance and care for our volunteer team and supports the Fundraising Manager with the charities signature events.
Karen Roberts: Administration Support
Karen carries out the day to day administration tasks for the charity and is based in the charity office. She assists with stock control, banking and helps source competitive prices for our utilities and the purchases we make, ensuring we are as cost effective as possible. Karen co-ordinates Corporate Volunteer teams to help maintain our sensory garden and grounds.
