Sarah James: Trust Manager

Sarah is responsible for the financial management and sustainability of the Trust, regulation and compliance issues and supporting the Trustees. She ensures the Trust not only runs smoothly on a day to day basis but that procedures are followed to ensure its future.

As CQC Registered Manager she also has legal liabilities in relation to the regulated activities to which the Trust must adhere.

 

 

Jo Page: Business Support Officer 

Jo supports JHT in all aspects of the business but specialises in financial management.

Jo also supports the many governance requirements such as writing and updating policies and working with the Trust Manager to ensure JHT adheres to CQC & OFSTED requirements.

 

 

       

Ria Heap: Community, Events & Volunteer Manager

Ria is responsible for Events, Fundraising and Volunteering within the Trust. She works closely with local businesses, establishes corporate partnerships, forms relationships within the community and liaises with members of the public who wish to fundraise on our behalf.

She plans and organises all of our signature events and also sources merchandise and is responsible for all of the Trusts marketing.

Stacy Wickham: Fundraising and Grants

Stacy is responsible for researching and identifying new Grant and Trust fundraising opportunities and producing high quality applications to new and existing funders.

Stacy builds and maintains relationships with existing and prospective grant making trusts and produces reports and updates on how the funding is being used.

She works closely with the Fundraising Manager sharing prospective fundraising opportunities.

 

 

Sarah Nash: Administration Supervisor

Sarah is responsible for managing the administration team who carry out admin for the charity and nursing teams.

She creates the necessary forms and devises the processes necessary to work on a day to day basis.  She also assists with stock control, banking and helps source competitive prices on purchases we make, ensuring we are as cost effective as possible.

When you visit Kites Corner, you may meet Sarah on reception where she will be sure to give you a warm welcome!

Louise Wade: Administration Support

Louise carries out the day to day administration tasks for the charity and nursing teams. She is responsible for the composing of letters and emails and assists with stock control, banking and ensuring all necessary paperwork and documents are current and complete. You will also find Louise on reception where she gives all our families and visitors a warm, friendly welcome.

 

Karen Roberts: Administration Support

Karen carries out the day to day administration tasks for the charity and is based in the charity office.

She assists with stock control, banking and helps source competitive prices for our utilities and the purchases we make, ensuring we are as cost effective as possible. Karen also co-ordinates and books our Corporate Volunteer teams to help maintain our sensory garden and grounds.
