James Hopkins Trust are as high as their kite logo after raising a phenomenal £12,193 at their first Kite Ball held on Saturday 13^th February 2016 which was sponsored by J D Resus.

We were delighted to fill all 280 seats in the Hatherley Suite at the Hatherley Manor Hotel and just wished we could have accommodated all of our friends and supporters who wanted to come.

The room looked stunning and Warren Moore from Gloucestershire Heart FM was our compere keeping us entertained throughout the evening, while guests enjoyed a splendid three course meal.

An auction, raffle and a fun game of heads and tails were enjoyed by all in the room and there was lots of excitement as people bid hard and fast for some spectacular lots to suit everyone’s pockets.

The night ended on a high with a packed dance floor and everyone showing off their signature moves to our live band ‘Freefall’. The atmosphere was electric and a wonderful way to celebrate such a successful evening. Thank you to everyone who came and made the night so much fun, whilst raising money for us.

Next year’s Kite Ball will be on 18^th February 2017 so mark it in your diary and help us raise much needed funds whilst having a fun night with friends and colleagues.
